Phoenicia Diner in Phoenicia, New York

Up in the Catskills is the Phoenicia Diner, was built in 1962 and moved to the Catskills in the 1980s. The vibe is casual yet refined, and everything is on a first come first serve basis. No reservations. Service is fast and the food is local, fresh, and elevated. It leans more towards brunch in posh Soho than it does a typical diner. There is the indoor and outdoor section.
